Estimates & Scheduling

Inspections are free and carry no obligation. Any estimate we provide is based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection and may be revised if the scope changes once work begins.

We make every effort to hold scheduled appointment windows. Weather, wind speed and rainfall directly affect the safety and effectiveness of applications, so treatments may be rescheduled to the next suitable day.

Treatment Expectations

Pest, weed and fire ant control are ongoing management practices, not one-time eliminations. Results depend on the pressure at your property, neighboring conditions, irrigation and follow-up care.

You agree to provide safe access to the treatment areas, to secure pets, and to follow any re-entry or watering instructions we give after an application. Ignoring those instructions can void a re-service commitment.

Licensing & Compliance

All applications are performed by or under the supervision of a certified applicator in the categories of pest and rodent control, termite control, weed control, and lawn and ornamental treatment, in accordance with Texas regulations and product labels.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment is due at the time of service unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. Recurring service plans may be cancelled at any time by calling or texting us before the next scheduled visit.

Limitation of Liability

Atlas Service Operations is not responsible for pre-existing structural damage, plant conditions or infestations present before our first service, nor for damage resulting from conditions we were not permitted to access or treat.
